Moreover, in the development of compensatory-adaptive reactions the huge role belongs to reactions of cardiovascular system, as its state determines both the short-term and the long-lasting adaptation to environment. That system is the main indicator of all processes ongoing in the human organismThe leading role in development of adaptation to psychic-emotional load belongs to the initial level of intellectual working ability that is based on the expression of asymmetry of hemispheres. 2) The physical training is one of the factors that facilitate the development of adaptation to the stress of studies. 3) The adaptation to constantly increasing psychic-emotional loads in the dynamics of training in medical university is provided by more economical functional changes of activity of cardiovascular system of sports students comparing to the students of general group.Item Personal adaptive capacity affects the students’ quality of life(2018-09-30) Karmazina, Iryna; Isaieva, Inna; Marakushyn, Dmytro; Hloba, NataliiaPersonal adaptive capacity is the one factor determining effectiveness of adaptation, and, therefore, influence on probability of health maintenance. Also, adaptive peculiarities depend on quality of life, which is crucial factor of adequate regulation of functional systems in variable conditions of human existence and activity. Therefore, the purpose of our study was research was to define the effect of personal adaptive capacity on the students’ quality of life. The obtained results allowed finding out that students demonstrated reduced neuro-psychological resistance, moderate degree of socialization and normal communicative capability that reflects misbalance of their personal adaptive capacity. Parameters of quality of life scales related to both mental and physical health corresponded to average values while didn’t reach satisfactory levels. Personal adaptive capacity is essential criterion for assessment of adaptive response intensity and effectiveness, which can have an impact on quality of life as well as psychical and physical health.Item Influence of physical activity on organism’s adaptation to changes of weather conditions(2017-09-30) Hloba, Nataliia; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Marakushyn, DmytroThe article features the role of physical activity for maintenance of person’s health and its influence on organism’s adaptive abilities. The modern concept of health is presented. Statistical data regarding pandemia of physical inactivity is included. The economical aspect of increased physical inactivity is mentioned. The level of meteosensitivity as one of signs of worsening of organism’s adaptive abilities is explained. The article includes original research results regarding prevalence of physical inactivity in young people and its connection to intensity of meteopathic reactions on example of students of Kharkiv National Medical University. The connection between physical activity level, adaptive potential and meteodependence was established. Increase of meteopathic reactions intensity according to level of physical inactivity was determined.
