Item Aggressive parenting: social, medical and legal aspects(2024-01) Isaieva, Inna; Isaiev, Arsen; Korobtsova, Nataliia; Nadon, Victoriia; Puchkovska, IrynaAggressive parenting is considered as style using threats or different kinds of punishments such as psychological or physical to keep a child under control or pressure to obey. However, the standardized definition of aggressive parenting doesn’t exist and most of interpretations are focused on physical aggression which refers to actions with intention of causing physical pain or injury.Item Stress and stress resistance(2023-11) Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Alekseienko, Roman; Cherniakova, OleksandraIn the modern world, a person at different age of life encounters unexpected situations, usually stressful, which require adequate and urgent mastery, increasing the ability to resist such influences without harm to health. Prolonged physical and psychological exertion that exceeds the norm leads to disruption of the functioning of individual organs and serious diseases. Stress affects a person's behavior, performance, health, relationships with others and in the family. Stress affects a person's behavior, performance, health, relationships with others and in the family. Stress, first of all, is defined as an individual complex of protective reactions of the human body to various adverse factors: emotions, external circumstances and influences, which helps to adapt to frequently changing conditions.Item Impact of stress of the functioning of the cardiovascular, respiratory systems and cardiorespiratory coupling(2023-11) Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Cherniakova, OleksandraThe analysis of causal relationships between dynamical systems is increasingly of interest in various fields of science. The cardiovascular and respiratory systems are characterized by a complex interaction of several linear and nonlinear subsystems. It is well known that the circulatory and respiratory regulatory systems are combined, that is, the heart and respiratory rhythms are synchronized. The study of cardiopulmonary coupling is still a topical issue for the diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases and for public health in general.Item Specific features of breathing in children of a different age(2023-10) Bulynina, Oksana; Isaieva, InnaBreathing is one of the key functions of the body. Breathing interacts with many body systems and performs many functions outside the absorption of oxygen and the release of CO2. The main functions of the respiratory system include biochemical, biomechanical including secondary and non-respiratory functions of breathing. Thus, the biochemical function of breathing that is controlled by the central nervous system consists in regulating the concentration of oxygen, carbon dioxide and pH in blood.Item Bronchospasm management(НФаУ, 2023-03-16) Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Vakulenko, Alina; Rashchupkina, ZinaidaA bronchospasm is a condition when the smooth muscles of the airways constrict, which results in narrowing of bronchial lumen thus reducing airflow by 15% or more. This limits the amount of inhaled oxygen and exhaled carbon dioxide. Bronchospasm is a common symptom of bronchial asthma and allergies. Among other causes of bronchospasm are the following: chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lungs and bronchi infections, smoking (including electronic cigarettes), air pollution, smoke inhalation from a fire, allergens of environment (pet dander, dust, pollen), some food chemicals and additives, cleaning chemicals, cold weather, exercise, general anesthesia (causing airways irritation) and some drugs such as blood-thinning medications and NSAIDs (Jeffrey J. Fredberg, 2004). Results of scientific researches have shown that bronchospasm was also associated with atopic rhinitis (Laura Kwiatkowski, Jessica Mitchell, 2016).Item Physiological reasoning of gastric secretion normalization(НФаУ, 2023-03-16) Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Hromko, YevheniiaThe stomach is a part of the GIT providing several functions such as a chyme formation, synthesis of intrinsic factor for vitamin B12 absorption, microbial protection, and it initiates the reflex of peristalsis. However, stomach does not promote nutrients absorption. Gastric secretion is controlled by autonomic nervous system and neurohormonal agents (gastrin, HCl acid, bicarbonate, etc.) The aim of the study is to summarize the effects of the drugs normalizing gastric acidity based on physiological mechanisms of regulation of gastric secretion.Item Physiological mechanism of respiratory sinus arrhythmia(Харківський національний медичний університет, 2021) Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Hryhorenko, NadiyaRespiratory sinus arrhythmia determines cardiac vagal tone and characterizes patterns of autonomic modulation of cardiovascular control.Item Diagnostic markers of the cardiorespiratory coupling efficiency(2021-05-07) Isaieva, Inna; Hrygorenko, Nadiya; Karmazina, Iryna; Ivanenko, Olha; Andruckaya, Iryna; Zoabi, KosaiIdentification and establishment of diagnostic markers of cardiorespiratory integration is the one of the main clinical and physiological interests, especially for understanding the mechanisms of adaptation of the organism to environmental changes (hypoxia, hypercapnia, etc.), in various types of training of athletes, and in many diseases.Item Regarding the development of adaptation to psychic and emotional stress depending on the physical training in female medical students(2021-05-16) Marakushyn, Dmytro; Chernobai, Larysa; Karmazina, Iryna; Isaieva, Inna; Hloba, NataliiaThe adaptation of training stress largely depends on the processes of brain integrative activity thus, their study becomes important and perspective for the creation of scientifically based actions aimed at reduction of negative influence of the mentioned factors. Moreover, in the development of compensatory-adaptive reactions the huge role belongs to reactions of cardiovascular system, as its state determines both the short-term and the long-lasting adaptation to environment. That system is the main indicator of all processes ongoing in the human organismThe leading role in development of adaptation to psychic-emotional load belongs to the initial level of intellectual working ability that is based on the expression of asymmetry of hemispheres. 2) The physical training is one of the factors that facilitate the development of adaptation to the stress of studies. 3) The adaptation to constantly increasing psychic-emotional loads in the dynamics of training in medical university is provided by more economical functional changes of activity of cardiovascular system of sports students comparing to the students of general group.Item Students' health status and their ability to adapt to a multinational university environment(ALUNA Publishing House, 2021) Меlnychenko, O.; Ognev, V.; Marakushyn, Dmytro; Isaieva, Inna; Batyuk, L.; Chovpan, Hanna; Melnychenko, V.The aim: Development of practical recommendations to further improve students' adaptation to a multicultural university environment as a factor in ensuring their health. Materials and methods: The publication is based on the results of a comprehensive multi-purpose randomized epidemiological study using a standardized questionnaire. Questionnaire results (n = 355) were tested for paired correlations of all considered factors. Results: 93,8 % of respondents positively assessed their overall health with a mode of 3 (satisfactory health). In general, students' health was not particularly sensitive to the effects of temporal and natural factors. Recommendations have been developed to improve students' adaptation to the university's multinational environment, including by preventing stressful situations. It is important that students are sufficiently informed, financially secure, and mentally prepared for student life. Conclusions: The key to safeguarding students' health is developing their skills in adapting to a multinational university environment.
