Physiological effects of reduced atmospheric pressure
    (2024-03) Bulynina, Oksana
This scientific paper delves into the general analysis of the physiological effect and the mechanism of action of the reduced values of atmospheric pressure on the human body. This review provides information on the reasons, manifestations, clinical specific features, and the strategies used for the prevention of altitude sickness with reference to the available literature.

Implementation of the study of artificial intelligence systems in the medical university
(2023-11) Rysovana, Liubov; Alekseienko, Roman; Bulynina, Oksana
The tasks of implementing artificial intelligence systems in a medical university are: improving the quality of education, that is, artificial intelligence helps to create innovative teaching methods and simulations that contribute to improving the medical training of students using realistic clinical scenarios; optimization of diagnosis and treatment, i.e. the implementation of artificial intelligence systems at the medical university contributes to the development and improvement of intelligent algorithms for diagnosing diseases and choosing optimal treatment methods; development of new possibilities in diagnosis and treatment, artificial intelligence allows combining ideas and technologies for the development of modern medical technologies and improvement of diagnosis and treatment of any diseases; impact on doctor-patient interaction, i.e. research on the impact of artificial intelligence on doctor-patient communication and interaction to create more efficient work of the health care system.

Specific features of breathing in children of a different age
    (2023-10) Bulynina, Oksana; Isaieva, Inna
Breathing is one of the key functions of the body. Breathing interacts with many body systems and performs many functions outside the absorption of oxygen and the release of CO2. The main functions of the respiratory system include biochemical, biomechanical including secondary and non-respiratory functions of breathing. Thus, the biochemical function of breathing that is controlled by the central nervous system consists in regulating the concentration of oxygen, carbon dioxide and pH in blood.

The methods of specific situations used for the formation of the communicative competence in medical students with a different type of a functional asymmetry
    (2021-02-17) Bulynina, Oksana
The experimental data that were obtained using “the method of specific situations” showed the following regularity: medical students from three experimental groups (students with the left-side type of functional asymmetry, mixed type of functional asymmetry and socially changed type of functional asymmetry) mastered the material more successfully; medical students actively participated in the learning of practical and theoretical components of the lesson and it is based on the stiff character of the educational motivatio

Improving pedagogical skills in future teachers of history and law during their professional training
    (2021-02-10) Bulynina, Oksana; Bulynin, Vladislav
The analysis of the answers given by the respondents gives us grounds to state that a common approach to the issues of salary, family and friends can be traced in the judgments of university entrants and students. Both questioned categories have a foggy notion of the labor conditions of an expert in history and law. The interrogation of practicing teachers showed that their professional turn of mind is effected by such factors as indulging in their favorite types of activities, their level of income or salary and their material support. A rather noticeable fact is that the responding teachers are slightly motivated by such factors as the profession prestige and the judgments of the members of their family.

Functional lung ventilation factors and the clinical importance of them
(2021-11-04) Bulynina, Oksana; Isaeva, Inna; Alekseenko, Roman
Functional lung ventilation factors are considered to be an important tool used for the investigation and monitoring of the patients with the respiratory pathology. These factors give important information relating to large and small respiratory tracts, the lung parenchyma, including the sizes and integrity of lung capillaries. Functional lung ventilation factors assist in making a diagnosis and can define the decisions taken for further treatment and surgical intervention. In this review, we describe our usual investigations and discuss their clinical importance.

Autonomic supply of physical activity in young people with arterial hypotension
(2020-02) Marakushyn, Dmytro; Chernobay, Larysa; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Goncharova, Аlina; Shenger, Svitlana; Bulynina, Oksana; Sokol, Olena
Totally 128 young people aged 17–21 were examined including 50 individuals with normal values of blood pressure and 78 people with arterial hypotension. Young people with arterial hypotension were ranged according to the level of arteral pressure: first group included 39 persons (moderate arterial hypotension) where the level of mean arterial pressure was determined as 80–75 mm Hg; the second group (expressed arterial hypotension) included 39 people with level of mean arterial pressure 74.9–70 mm Hg followed by an analysis of the nature of the adaptive capacity of cardiovascular system to exercise and in the recovery period.
